Course Description
AI Spark PMO is an applied, workforce-and-business enablement program that develops practical AI skills and execution discipline through a PMO-style delivery model. Participants learn foundational AI concepts and then apply them through structured workshops and coached sprints to produce tangible deliverables, including use-case definitions, prototypes/MVP artifacts and implementation road maps.Course Outline
AI Essentials NextGen: Foundational AI fluency and responsible adoption. Learners develop practical understanding of AI concepts, prompting basics, use-case identification and PMO-style execution tools.
Mastering Sales With AI Strategies: AI-enabled sales productivity and pipeline acceleration. Learners apply AI to prospect research, messaging, qualification, follow-up and sales process improvement.
Innovative Monetized Content Creation: AI-supported content strategy and monetization. Learners create repeatable content workflows and assets aligned to target audiences and revenue models.
Custom AI Chatbot and Solution Development: Structured solution design leading to a chatbot or assistant prototype and an implementation plan. Focus on requirements, knowledge sources, testing, governance and deployment readiness.
Across the eight-week model, workshops are reinforced through coached sprints and applied lab time to convert learning into measurable deliverables.
Learner Outcomes
- Explain core AI concepts in practical language and identify appropriate use cases.
- Document a business/work problem as an AI-ready use case (problem statement, stakeholders, data inputs, success measures).
- Apply AI tools to improve productivity in at least one functional area (e.g., sales, marketing/content, operations).
- Produce a lightweight PMO-style plan: milestones, risks, roles and an execution road map for implementation.
- Demonstrate an applied deliverable (prototype, workflow or chatbot concept) aligned to measurable outcomes.
