Course Description

When thinking about your nonprofit, knowing your vision and mission can help get your messaging out. Having a strategic plan and case of support will help get those people in the door. In this workshop, entrepreneurs will work through a logical set of activities that will allow them to have a well-articulated, understandable reason for existing in the nonprofit arena. You can then take the vision, mission, plan and case of support for your nonprofit into the community to gain trust and acceptance.

• Clear mission statement
• Prioritized strategic plan for key foundational components of a nonprofit
• Ability to craft a compelling case for support through specific friend-raising and fundraising techniques
