Course Description

This workshop walks participants through the legal and governance steps required to properly form a nonprofit organization. Entrepreneurs will learn how to incorporate, build a compliant board, adopt required policies, and understand the responsibilities that come with nonprofit leadership. The session focuses on doing things correctly from the start to avoid compliance issues later. Each entrepreneur will be provided a clear checklist for legally forming a nonprofit with proper governance in place.
