Course Description

This workshop series helps early-stage entrepreneurs gain clarity around their niche, target market and core offerings so they can market effectively and build a sustainable business without burnout. Many new entrepreneurs struggle because they attempt to serve too many audiences or offer too many services at once. This series guides participants through a structured, reflective process to identify who they are best positioned to serve, what expertise they want to be known for, and which offerings align with both their skills and long-term goals. Rather than focusing solely on generic customer avatars, participants will dig deeper into the emotional, behavioral and lifestyle characteristics of their ideal customer. This clarity allows entrepreneurs to communicate more confidently, choose the right marketing channels and create services that feel focused, aligned and profitable. The workshop is interactive and discussion-based, allowing participants to actively apply concepts, take meaningful notes and leave with clear direction — not just theory.
