Course Description

Growing older is a natural part of life — bringing with it new experiences, challenges, wisdom and sometimes uncertainty. This series of discussions is designed to explore the physical, emotional and social aspects of aging in a practical and supportive environment. The purpose of these sessions is not to provide advice or solutions but to create a space where each member feels heard and understood. Each session will encourage members to share their personal experiences at their own pace. Listening is just as important as speaking. Through open and respectful conversation, we hope to learn from one another’s experiences and discover new perspectives on aging. There is no expectation to speak — only an invitation.
