Course Description

In this nonpartisan class, we will go through the text of the Constitution and its amendments and touch on some of its historical underpinnings. We will also look at some of today’s current events that involve constitutional issues. Students will learn about the process of amending the Constitution and will get to draft proposed amendments they would like to make to the Constitution. Students will have the option of buying a pocket copy of the Constitution for $1.
