Course Description

In the late 1800s, Euclid Avenue from East Ninth Street to East 89th Street was internationally known as one of the most beautiful residential streets in the world. Shaded by a double row of arching elm trees and lined with spectacular mansions, the street reflected the enormous wealth of the growing industrial city.
