Course Description
This AI-Empowered Safe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) training equips professionals with practical skills to excel in Agile product management within a Lean-Agile enterprise. You’ll learn how to effectively operate within an Agile Release Train (ART), apply Lean thinking, and adopt customer-centric development practices using the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®).
Course Outline
The course covers writing epics, features, and user stories, managing program and team backlogs, and planning and executing Program Increments (PIs). You’ll also gain tools to collaborate with distributed Agile teams, align with business strategy, and deliver continuous value in a dynamic enterprise environment.
