Course Description

This workshop is a refresher for existing Yellow Belts and those looking to continue to Green Belt and re-establish foundational methodologies. Yellow Belt taught you how to improve a process. Beyond Yellow Belt is about building improvement that survives. This session strengthens leadership capability within Yellow Belts, helping them influence, coach and sustain improvement rather than simply apply tools. This session moves participants from tool users to sustainable improvement leaders. It focuses on judgment, sustainability, influence and measurement discipline.

  • Reinforce the operational excellence mindset
  • Increase organizational agility proactively
  • Make better use of data-driven decision making and sustained improvements
