Course Description

Course Description: St. Vladimir Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral, founded in 1924 by immigrants from Western Ukraine, houses a beautiful three-level baroque icon screen, in addition to an 800-square-foot mosaic depicting the Baptism of Kyivan Rus-Ukraine placed over the exterior main doors of the church. The beautiful stained-glass windows and the Holodomor Monument commemorate the victims of the 1932 artificial famine in Ukraine.
