Beginning with Castle Garden and the need for a larger immigration station, we will explore the development of Ellis Island. A symbol of hope and a historical landmark, it has welcomed over 8 million immigrants in search of a new life in America. Through this presentation, you will gain a deeper understanding of how Ellis Island has shaped and influenced the fabric of American society.
