Experience the calm and restorative practice of Yin Yoga, a slow-paced style that harmonizes with the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. In this class, you'll hold each asana (posture) for one to five minutes or longer, allowing deep access to your connective tissues and promoting relaxation. The sequences are designed to stimulate the body's meridians, enhancing energy flow and balance. Perfect for all levels, this class provides a serene environment to explore stillness and rejuvenation through mindful stretching and breathing. Bring a yoga mat, blanket or cushion, water bottle and comfortable clothing.
