Course Description

This course introduces generative AI, defining what it is, exploring its history, and analyzing its strengths and weaknesses. Learners will explore ethical issues surrounding the use of generative AI and methods for using it responsibly in a business context.  

Learner Outcomes

  • Describe the business case for Generative AI.
  • Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of AI.
  • Discuss the ethics and legal dilemmas of Generative AI.
