Join us as Gilbert DiSanto, the director of sustainability initiatives at the Miceli Dairy Products Company, provides an educational presentation on the history and science of cheesemaking and dairy products, including presses, molds, thermometers, aging mats, waxes and more to create the right texture and flavor for various kinds of cheese.
