Course Description

This course helps intermediate and advanced swimmers develop and refine a wide variety of swimming strokes, including the front and back crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, sidestroke, elementary backstroke, underwater swimming, turns and diving. This course also includes water safety skills, deep water entry and treading water.

Prerequisite(s): Swimming I or departmental approval (equivalent skill)

The class ends five minutes before the posted time.

SPECIAL NOTE: Program 60 participants cannot enroll until after the first day of the class.
