Course Description

Activities that incorporate the five components of fitness: body composition, cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, muscle endurance and flexibility, with an emphasis on strength training.

Special Note: Program 60 participants cannot enroll until after the first date of the class, space permitting.

No classes March 9 – 13, when the College will be closed for Spring Break.
