Course Description

Basic instruction on the theory of using weights to improve muscular fitness and in the fundamentals of correct lifting techniques, using dumbbells, Nautilus, Universal and/or various other machines.

Notes

Class will end five minutes earlier than the posted time.

SPECIAL NOTE: Program 60 participants cannot enroll until after the first date of the class, space permitting.

No classes March 9 – 13, when the College will be closed for Spring Break.
