This interactive two-hour virtual course provides a clear, non-technical introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and how it is being used in today's workplace. Participants will learn what AI is, how tools like ChatGPT and other generative AI platforms work, and how to use them responsibly and effectively to improve productivity, communication and decision-making.

Through live demonstrations and guided activities, learners will explore real-world applications such as writing assistance, data summarization, customer support, content creation and workflow automation. The course also covers important topics such as data privacy, ethical considerations and best practices for using AI at work or in education. By the end of the session, participants will have practical strategies and sample prompts they can immediately apply in their professional or academic environments.
