Course Description

Explore the exciting world of culinary arts by learning skills from Tri-C’s expert chefs. Learn the basics of food safety and proper handling of utensils. Have fun learning proper culinary techniques like chopping, dicing, reading recipes and the importance of measuring ingredients, while making delicious and healthy foods.

Food, supplies, use of equipment and handouts included in price. Students must wear closed-toe, non-skid shoes with long pants.
