This is a one-on-one session with a certified wellness coach who works with you to create a wellness vision of how you want to be – your best self. Then through conversation and planning long term and short term goals are set. During the weekly 60-minute sessions the goals are reviewed and new ones are set to keep you moving forward in health and wellness; initial meeting is 90 minutes. This is NOT personal training but coaching to support healthy behavior change.
