Course Description

Train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating movements you might do at home, work or play. Using a variety of upper and lower body muscles at the same time, functional exercises emphasize core stability and balance. Light handheld weights provided.

Please Note: Wear sturdy shoes and clothes you can move (and sweat) in.
