Join us for this low impact exercise that involves running or jogging while partially submerged in the water. Aqua jogging can be a good alternative to traditional jogging and running because it minimizes stress on the body and can help prevent injuries. It can also be a good cross-training workout for participants, and can help improve cardiovascular fitness and running form. Aquatic resistance training equipment will be used. You may bring your own swim belt, but we have a class set.

*No class on Veteran's Day (November 11, 2025). The College and Recreation Center are closed.
