Course Description

Join us for this low impact water exercise class that is designed to provide cardiovascular exercises, muscle toning, strengthening, and flexibility in the water. This class will utilize deep and shallow water.

SPECIAL NOTE: Program 60 participants cannot enroll until after the first date of the class.

Section Notes

Water Fitness is an excellent exercise option because it minimizes stress on the body and can help prevent injuries. It can also be a good cross-training workout for participants, and can help improve cardiovascular fitness. Aquatic resistance training equipment will be used. You may bring your own swim belt and gloves, but we have a class set. 

*No class on Veteran's Day (November 11, 2025). The College and Recreation Center are closed.
