Course Description

Based on the physical fitness system developed by Joseph Pilates, this course is appropriate for all fitness levels. Pilates is practiced worldwide to develop core abdominal and trunk muscles. Benefits include strengthening the body’s core support; developing long, lean muscles; and improving flexibility. Pilates can also help prevent injuries by helping the body secure balance, putting less strain on muscles as an individual moves through normal daily activities.
