Course Description

This is a live, interactive, intensive review course designed to prepare students for the ACT exam. Students will receive a thorough review of the math, English, reading, and science sections. Students will complete guided classwork and take practice exams to improve their problem-solving skills. The Instructor will provide test strategies, problem-solving techniques, practice exams, and other valuable resources to help students gain a better understanding of exam content.
 
The class will take place via Zoom video conference. An email will be sent prior to class with login details.
 
Technology Requirements: Students need a reliable internet connection and computer.
 
Supplies: Students must also arrive to class focused and prepared with pencils, a notebook, and a calculator.

Saturday, September 4th, 9 am-12 pm - Algebra, Numerical Skills, Probability & Statistics
Sunday, September 5th, 9 am-12 pm - Geometry, Trigonometry

This class is led by Christina Washington, Founder and Academic Consultant of Innovative Learning Solutions. Mrs. Washington is a licensed high school math teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in Physics. Mrs. Washington has spent a number of years teaching ACT and SAT test prep courses, as well as a variety of high school math subjects including Algebra, Advanced Math, Statistics, and Calculus.
