Course Description

This hands-on cooking class focuses on the basics and benefits of low-carb and sugar-free cooking. Students will make a homemade meal, review healthy low-carb and sugar-free alternatives, practice knife skills, and learn about roasting, broiling and flavor blending/adjusting.
