Course Description

Designed for students with moderate water experience, this course provides an understanding of basic swimming skills such as floating, kicking and breathing. The goal is to help non-swimmers overcome their fear of the water and give them the ability to swim at least half a lap using a proficient freestyle and/or backstroke by the end of the course.
