Corporate College® has partnered with TAP® Series to offer this online certification course, which has been approved by the Ohio Department of Health.
Level I Certification in Food Protection is mandated training for any person in charge of any risk level I, II, III and IV foodservice operation or retail food establishment that:
- Was licensed after March 1, 2010 (unless the individual has successfully completed an equivalent or more comprehensive certification course in food protection).
- Has been implicated in a foodborne disease outbreak.
- Has been found in violation of Section 3717.29 (retail food establishment) or Section 3717.49 (foodservice operation) of the Revised Code by its licensor.
Upon successful completion of the course and exam, participants will be able to print their Ohio Level I Food Protection Manager training certificate.
