Course Description

 

This course is designed for first level officers, newly promoted officers, and acting officers of the Fire Department. This intensive two-day workshop covers aspects of the fire officer’s job, providing a range of resources to assist in leadership development, decision-making, training, conflict resolution, counseling while mindful of generational differences, and fire ground operations.
