Course Description

Knowing the proper procedure of knife skills is essential in food preparation, making the process easier, safer and faster! Come join us as you learn the basic skills of chopping, dicing, slicing and much more. The chef will guide you through the practice of keeping your knives sharp and handling them correctly. You may bring your own knife to this class, or use the school's knives.
