Explore the art of brewing craft beer in this hands-on course. Students will brew and bottle a batch of craft beer and learn how to set up their own home brewing operation. Learn the science behind brewing, discover different styles of beer and participate in a sensory/tasting panel.
No previous brewing experience or beer knowledge necessary. Must be 21 or older to register.
