Course Description

Join us for this hands-on knife skills class to learn essential cuts and fundamental skills for faster and more uniform prep. Learn knife safety and how to select the right knives for your kitchen. Bring a chef's knife and a paring knife with you, if possible; otherwise, knives will be provided. (Knife sharpening is available after class for up to three of your own knives.) Comfortable, closed-toe shoes recommended.
