Course Description

This course is designed for people with little or no water experience. Develop an understanding of the basic skills required for swimming such as floating, kicking and breathing. The goal of this course is to get non-swimmers the confidence and ability to swim at least half a lap using a proficient freestyle and/or backstroke.
