Course Description

Salsa is a vibrant, energetic, rhythmical dance. This course starts with the basics, including footwork, partnering and stretching. The first half of each class consists of a warm-up based on stretching, isolations and footwork; the second half consists of partnering and dancing. Participants should wear non-restrictive clothing or yoga clothing and non-gripping sneakers or dance shoes. High-heeled shoes are prohibited. Bring a water bottle and a sassy attitude.
