Special events are wonderful opportunities to generate revenue for your mission. But without specific goals, adequate resources and a detailed plan, the results may fall short of your expectations. Learn how to craft a detailed plan, set realistic goals and timelines, establish and create sponsorships, identify prospective donors and make the ask.
