Course Description

The basis of clean eating is consuming whole plant-based foods. From eliminating processed foods and snacks to reducing consumption of animal-based foods, learn how easy it is to create healthy and delicious meals using only whole plant-based options.
Students are invited to practice their prep alongside the chef. Ingredients and equipment list to be provided.
