Course Description

To add flair to your dishes, you need to look beyond the basics. This class examines Mediterranean, Indian and Asian seasonings you can add to bring flair and delicious new flavors to your recipes.
Students are invited to practice their prep alongside the chef. Ingredients and equipment list to be provided.
