Course Description

Cardio cycling consists of riding indoor stationary bikes in an organized setting. This course will begin with a gentle warm-up and will gradually include simulation of going up and down hills, time intervals, resistance and cool-down. Participants can make this class as easy or as difficult as they desire by adjusting the resistance knobs. A variety of music is played during each workout.
