• 9:15-10:15 a.m. — Patricia Gary: Five Things I Wish I Knew as a Realtor
• 10:30-11:30 a.m. — Tim Jackson: Appraisal 101
• 11:30 a.m. – noon — Lunch break and networking
• 12:15-1:15 p.m. Amy Neumann: Top Ways to Use Content and Marketing in Real Estate
• 1:15-1:30 p.m. Conclusion and Networking

Topic 1

Time: 8-9 a.m.

Presenter: David Pace

Company and Title: Tri-C, Drone Academy Instructor

Topic: Safe and Legal Drone Operations in Real Estate

Description: Many rules and regulations need to be followed to safely and legally operate a drone in real estate. Join Officer David Pace as he provides insight on drones in real eastate/photography (sUAS); FAA 107 certificate training and requirements; FAA regulations; operation in controlled airspace; and drone safety. What better way to learn about these topics than from a police officer from the Tri-C Drone Academy?

Presenter: Patricia Gary

Topic: Five Things I Wish I Knew as a Realtor

Description: What will your first day as a realtor look like or what did it look like? Patricia Gary will discuss five areas new realtors should focus on within their first year.

Topic 3

Time: 10:30-11:30 a.m.

Presenter: Tim Jackson

Company and Title: Integra Realty Resources-Cleveland, Managing Director

Topic: Appraisal 101

Description: How much should I suggest a seller ask for their home? Is my buyer getting a good deal? These are questions any realtor asks themselves. Tim Jackson from Integra Realty Resources-Cleveland will answer those questions and more when he provides general information about the appraisal process.

Time: 12:15-1:15 p.m.

Presenter: Amy Neumann

Topic: Top Ways to Use Content and Marketing in Real Estate

Description: We all know that marketing will help us grow our network quickly in real estate. Amy Neumann will give us the top ways to use content and marketing to grow success.
