Topic 1

Time: 8-9 a.m.

Presenter: Mark Lastition

Company and Title: Howard Hanna, Vice President and Manager

Topic: Architectural House Styles

Description: Cape Cod, Colonial, Craftman, Farmhouse, oh my! So many house styles to know! Mark Lastition presents a general overview of popular home styles in Northeast Ohio that any agent should be able to identify.

Time: 9:15-10:15 a.m.

Presenter: Patricia Gary

Company and Title: Howard Hanna, Realtor

Topic: The Five Biggest Mistakes as a New Realtor

Description: Making mistakes can be costly — especially when you are in real estate. Your reputation is on the line. No pressure, right? Patricia Gary will share five of the biggest mistakes made early on and how to avoid some pitfalls.

 

Topic 3

Time: 10:30-11:30 a.m.

Presenter: Tim Jackson

Topic: Mortgage 101

Description: "How much will my mortgage payment be?" It's a common question from any buyer. Tim Jackson will provide a general overview on how to calculate a mortgage payment.

Presenter: Amy Neumann

Topic: Helpful Content and Marketing Strategies to Develop Clients

Description: In real estate, your clients are your best form of marketing. Amy Neumann will present ideas for creating credibility and adding value for current and potential clients that any agent can do.

This course has been approved by the Division of Real Estate for 4 hours of continuing education recognition.
