Stephen M. R. Covey wrote, “Trust — and the speed at which it is established with clients, employees and all stakeholders — is the single most critical component of a successful leader and organization.”

Trust is the foundation of leadership, relationships, collaboration and more. As the saying goes, “People don’t leave bad jobs — they leave bad leaders.” Whether or not a person subscribes to this adage, it behooves anyone in a position of authority to build and sustain a solid foundation for the people they lead. This module will help leaders build and sustain a foundation of trust.
