Course Description

This course is designed to give participants insights that will help them increase their performance and leverage their strengths.  

Whether you should focus on improving your weaknesses or magnifying your strengths is often a personal and professional dilemma. Developing a deeper understanding of your own strengths can transform your work satisfaction and increase your effectiveness in your professional and personal life.

Course Outline

  • Participants will receive the CliftonStrengths assessment and are expected to complete the assessment prior to the start of the course.

  • Identify key leadership competencies.
  • Discuss several forms of leadership. 
  • Leverage emotional intelligence to enhance communication with employees.
  • Understand the tenets of situational leadership.
