Course Description

In Decision-Making and Bias, participants will improve their decision-making skills and understand the cognitive biases that can affect their judgment. The course will cover best practices for making effective decisions, evaluating solutions, and encouraging teamwork. Participants will learn about common biases, how they impact decisions, and strategies to avoid them. Through discussions, real-life examples, and group activities, participants will gain practical tools to make better, more ethical decisions, leading to better outcomes for your organization.
