Course Description

This course is designed to equip participants with the tools to hold productive performance conversations, self-reflect on their performance, and utilize emotional intelligence (EQ) in their daily interactions. Participants will learn to implement systematic approaches to performance enablement, engage in meaningful discussions, and avoid common conversational pitfalls, ultimately fostering a supportive and high-performing work environment.

Course Outline

  • Participants will receive an emotional intelligence assessment and are expected to complete the assessment prior to the start of the course.

  • Recognize the benefits of a systematic approach to performance enablement.  
  • Hold productive performance conversations and avoid conversation minefields.  
  • Evaluate your own performance through self-reflection and feedback 
  • Engage in meaningful discussions and improve understanding of how EQ skills can be applied in daily life.
