Course Description

This course teaches essential time management skills to help participants prioritize tasks, minimize interruptions, and avoid procrastination. It covers practical strategies for task prioritization such as the Eisenhower Matrix, Time-Value Prioritization Funnel, and the Pareto Principle. The course also addresses optimizing health for improved efficiency, as well as cultural considerations and effective time management in hybrid and remote work environments.
