Course Description

This course is designed to equip participants with essential conflict resolution strategies, fostering healthy communication and proactive conflict prevention. Participants will learn to understand and manage difficult behaviors, ensuring a harmonious and productive workplace. Through interactive and practical exercises, this course provides actionable insights for resolving conflicts effectively. 

Course Outline

  • Participants will receive the TKI assessment and are expected to complete the assessment prior to the start of the course. 

Learner Outcomes

  • Describe workplace conflict.  
  • Explain how conflict can be beneficial.  
  • Identify and adapt conflict resolution styles.   
  • Demonstrate steps to successfully resolve conflict.
