Course Description

This course teaches Leaders of a Lean-Agile change initiative to develop a Lean-Agile Mindset and apply the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Learn how to lead Enterprise transformation that accelerates the flow of value and delivers measurable business outcomes at scale. 

Course Outline

This hands-on, interactive, collaborative workshop includes a breakout session with group exercises, providing a forum for participants to experientially learn the concepts and discuss how they can be applied day to day. Participants must be prepared to actively work with others in groups.

Hot to realize the benefits of sAFe, including: 

  • Establishing Team and Technical Agility and organizing around the flow of value
  • Aligning massive organizations around clear, common objectives
  • Participating successfully in critical SAFe events, such as PI Planning
