Course Description: This in-person introductory class provides a simple guide to understanding how to navigate through the interface of the Adobe Lightroom Classic software program. This powerful program is the digital version of the darkroom. We will focus on the basic features for organizing, editing and exporting images. We will walk through the basic adjustment panels and learn how to help your images be the best they can be. Bring along your laptop, a memory card of RAW images and a card reader, or just follow along and take notes.
Please remember to bring your laptop to class with Adobe Lightroom Classic software installed.

Registration Information:
To register for class, you must have an active Tri-C student number.
- If you are new to Tri-C, or if you haven’t taken a class in the past year, you’ll need to complete the online application at: www.tri-c.edu/ncregistration. Student numbers become inactive after one year of no enrollment. Completing the online application will either issue you a new student number (if you are new) or reactivate your existing number (if you are returning).
- Applications can take up to 10 business days to process. Once complete, your student number will be emailed to you, and you’ll be able to register and pay for class.

You will receive a student welcome email up to three business days before the course start date. This email will include important course details such as the location, time, address logistics, and any additional information the instructor may wish to share.
